How to Use

Daily Body Ritual

1. Hand & Body Wash — Use in the shower to cleanse body and hands.
2. 5% Urea + 2% Panthenol Body Cream — After showering, apply to damp skin for deep hydration.
3. Silk Skin Body Serum — Layer over the cream on areas that need extra softness (arms, legs, décolleté).
4. Omega 6-9 Glowing Skin Body Oil — Finish with a few drops on legs, arms, or dry areas for a soft glow.
5. Aluminum-free Roll-on Deodorant — Apply to clean, dry underarms.

2–3 times per week

• Icelandic Volcano Face & Body Scrub — Use in the shower before body cream. Massage in circular motions, rinse, then continue with cream → serum → oil.

Tip: Apply cream and serum while skin is still slightly damp for better absorption. Use the oil as the last step.
